A Acquitted Biography (summarized version) Zach Cassinelli (born JUNE 15, 1976) also known as Acquitted, A.Q., Papa hashish is a Rap Artist, lyricist, musician and producer. Who began his music career in nineteen ninety four as the Front man for the Rap/punk band Mohawk. After the band broke up in the fall of 1995. Zack moved on to create the Original Joint Chiefs of stash in the summer of 95’ with band mate Vince Cappello. Wanting to again be pioneers, they tailored JCS to be a progressive rock/ rap band. But after vinnie’s tragic and unexpected death in 1996, and the racially motivated beating of Zach and drummer Larry Powell the band broke up. After a long break, Zack took up the name Acquitted in 1997 as the front man for the Snot slot Astronauts. Though the band played with Eek a mouse, The radiators, Project Object and the Dead Beats they failed to produce a album viable as a demo or for commercial sales. He also spent some time learning flat picking Guitar, and perfecting harmonica. He later said of that time in a Seattle interview, “Every Artist should start at folk, or at least go back and restart there. It gives one a better comprehension of music’s appeal and purpose throughout several dispensations of time”. In 2005 he decided to launch a solo career and joined Sub zero studios.
