<p>After experiencing a personal breakthrough in June 2011, I've gone from working in corporate America for 30 years --20 of those in Telecommunications, 10 in IT BPO Outsourcing Solutions -- I last year began MBA studies at the University of Phoenix in Oakland, California. I'm nearly completed the MBA in Information Management. My current breakthrough is to bring fresh vision to senior level sales leadership structures, management, teams, and to improve process flow management, client services. I also have new-found passion for people, family, and all of humanity and work to instill a message designed to help people shake off being stuck and encouraging them to live up to their greatness.</p> <p>I am poised to offer measurable results in public speaking and life coaching to organizations, sales teams and customer services departments and individuals.
