My Role: As the Web Applications Engineer I was responsible for the following: ? Used SQL Server 2000 XML support to generate HTML pages through XSLT ? Developed Custom-built Cold Fusion Components in Cold Fusion MX for distribution of Premium Economic and Research Data as Web Services ? Used a SOAP based web service to generate the report data ? Designed the entire application logic ? Designed and deployed the E-Commerce applications using Authorize.Net ? Developed Custom Tags in Cold Fusion to calculate UPS Shipping ? Integrated the above system with a credit card transaction processing system using Microsoft’s WinHttp Services ? Maintained and administered the Cold Fusion server ? Maintained the source code versioning and integrity by deploying Visual Source Safe ? System analysis, documentation, design, development & testing ? User training ? Project Management and Reporting Environment: Windows 2000 Server, Cold Fusion MX, SQL Server 2000, Dreamweaver MX, XML/XSLT, SOAP Services, WinHttp Services, HTML, JavaScript.   Project Name: Customer Relationship Management Client: Ford Motor Company, Dearborn, MI   Project Duration:  August 2002 – December 2002 Synopsis: The system allows the sales team to store and manipulate customer related data. It was designed to enhance Ford's capability to record, track and resolve customer inquiries and complaints and establish the base for telephony and web access to customer relations system. In addition to the product customizations, interfaces to sales, parts and warranty systems were developed. The system covered a vast ambit of the automotive customer activities. These included Contacts management, Case Handling and Sub Case Handling. Besides this the system involved Dealer search and VIN number search modules. My Role: As the Web Applications Engineer I was responsible for the following: • Formulated efficient queries, triggers and Stored Procedures for SQL database • Designed and developed Cold Fusion Components (CFCs) in Cold Fusion for the Case and Contacts modules • Performed detailed Server-side programming in CFScript • Extensively Utilized Java Script for client side cross-browser validations • Utilized CFWDDX to create Data Layer • Front-end screens were developed using Dreamweaver MX • Maintained the source code versioning and integrity by deploying Visual Source Safe • Performed Scalability and Usability testing extensively Environment: Windows 2000 Server, Cold Fusion MX, SQL Server 2000, Dreamweaver MX, XML/XSLT, HTML, JavaScript. Project Name: Hospital Information System Client: Medical Group of Culver City   Project Duration:  February 2002 – August 2002 Synopsis: The system allows consisted of the following modules: • Out-Patient Management • In-Patient Management • Billing and Reports This was an intranet-based Cold Fusion application system. SQL Server 7.0 was utilized and Web-based reports were generated. CFC components were designed in Cold Fusion to run complex queries. Stored procedures were also utilized.
