Since I moved in 2022, 15 Van Wagenen Avenue has been careless about allowing garbage to blow off of their 2F deck onto my back garden/driveway. I allow all natural plants to grow on both sides of the driveway, and for the part of the driveway between the vehicle tracks, I allow grass to grow, which entails having to do a significant amount of weeding. With all this work I do it is very discouraging to have garbage occasionally lying on my garden/driveway.
