Dublin began studying music at a very young age. He started taking piano lessons and learning music theory at the age of five. When he turned nine he was given his first saxophone and began applying his musical knowledge by participating in many large and small bands. Throughout high school he continued to study both piano and saxophone. He was trained in classical and jazz music. In 1998 Dublin was asked to join the Tri-C Jazz Fest High School All-stars where he played lead alto saxophone. This was a group of the top young musicians in the Cleveland area put together by directors Steve Enos, and Ernie Krivda. Playing in this group he had the opportunity to meet and perform with Jazz musicians including Wynton Marsalis, Diana Krall, and Gregory Hines. The band was also asked to perform at the Monterrey Jazz Fest. As he continued to study music Dublin taught himself guitar, drums, and bass. His talent and musical knowledge allowed him to play with various rock bands, ranging in genres from Punk Rock to Heavy Metal, to Christian Rock. Dublin attended the Art Institute of Washington in 2007 and received his bachelor’s degree in audio production in 2011 and graduated Magna Cum Laude. He was also named “Best in Program” and “Best in Show” by the administration for his portfolio presentation during the 2011 Art Institute portfolio show. While studying he really began to pursue electronic music and the art of DJing. In 2008 began to perform music as a club DJ and live musician in Washington DC. This is also when he met DJ Fotifo and the two of them began to collaborate, produce and perform together. Dublin writes and arranges music in a variety of genres, but primarily focuses on House Music, Tribal House and Dubstep and other electronic music genres. Today Dublin continues to compose, arrange, engineer and perform music in the Washington DC area.
