There’s not much to know about me, im just a messenger to the boss. From the time i was 18 i was in and out of arkham. I was doing small time mugings until me and a couple friends heard about a big time villain was in need of a couple henchmen. After passing his tryouts i was under his employ. i lost a few friends along the way but that’s not important. You may call me a 'goon' but when   J0KER owns this town, all of you who followed that tight wearing buffoon will be at his mercy. To bad for you, i dont think he has any *note* im not crazy, this is a character profile. I do plan to put up pics eventually, im working on a costume now.

I've been drawing funny pictures pretty much from the first time I could hold a crayon in my hand. I started Quotable Sketches when I was looking for creative inspiration. Finding quotes about art, creativity and success provided the starting point, and I resolved to challenge myself by sketching the person who originated the saying. It turned out that seeing the face of the individual behind a quote made it relatable and drawing them presented a real challenge. I ended up posting the finished sketches on social media and on Webtoons, and Quotable Sketches was born. Now five-hundred or so sketches (and a couple thousand followers) later, I decided to gather some of my favorite quotes and sketches into a book. I chose quotes that I would have appreciated when I was first looking for that original bit of inspiration. Some are from artists, writers, and other creative folk; others are reflections on inspiration, perseverance, and success. A few of them are included here just because they make me laugh. I hope you find these collected quotes and sketches to be a source of creative inspiration as well! - Jeff Langcaon
