I'm starting this LJ to apply for an internship with i09. If i don't get the internship, this journal will fall into disrepair and disuse, because this is just a conveyance of the necessary items to apply. if i do get the position, I will most likely update this with information on whatever tasks I'm assigned. Also, I my type like a robot, but I just like being efficient when I apply for things like jobs and internships, and things that may change the direction of my life, generally speaking. I may not appear, at first, to write with a lot of passion, but I've wanted to be an author or writer since I was little and I think this position would be a fantastic fit for me. I could talk for days about the exciting steps mankind is taking towards the future I've always wanted. If we start talking about it, I might even start to not make sense. I read io9 almost everyday to fill my need for science news that actually is exciting and relevant. I also love to hear about tv shows and movies in the works, and whats happening for currently running tv shows. I also have a mild understanding of many comics and comic characters, and I have a deep love for anything related to zombies. My love is so deep, in fact, that I actually get into arguments about the way people act during zombie related video games, movies and even the occasional hypothetical zombie-armageddon discussion (I have a sneaking suspicion that this is why I have so much free time to read io9, various comics, and watch television and movies on the internet).
