Tom´s interest in music started with the age of 3, drumming on his mother´s cooking pots. He took his first drum lessons when he was 9. Later he became the drummer of a rock band. In 1993 a good friend sparked his interest in electronic music. Soon professional DJ performances followed. At first he played Techno and Trance. Later on, however, he preferred House which is still his favorite style of music. Also he played in the legendary Techno Club PALAZZO - Bingen (http://we-love-music.com/) and MAD - Eisenach. In 1998 he made his first attempts at composing electronic music together with his cousin, Florian Schmidt, who taught him the basics of producing on the computer. In addition, Tom and his close friends, Michel Niepenberg and Jacek Darnowski, founded “Tojami Sessions”. They produced and released their first vinyl under the label “In Between Entertainment” in 1999. Releases on “Séparé Recordings”, “Raum…Musik” and “Dessous Recordings”. followed. Between 2003 and 2006 he focused solely on his rock-projects, playing at band competitions, studio sessions and concerts. In summer 2006 Tom established new contacts within the House scene and met Christos Kessidis. Sharing the same love for House music with elements of Chicago House, Disco, 80´s, Soul, Jazz, Funk and Detroit Techno, they started a prolific partnership. Since 2008 “Bucher and Kessidis” have been publishing on the record label “Plastic City” and since 2010 also on "Etoka Rec.”. Additionally, “Boomin´System” and “White Lotus Club Rec.” released several House and Chillout tracks under Tom´s project name T.D.J. in 2007. Furthermore, Tom was able to revive “Tojami Sessions” in 2010. Since then, they have been publishing under “Plastic City”.

I'm Manager; yes, a rather simplistic name, but I enjoy it. I am an author in the making, something of a psychologist, or counselor, if you will, and a behind-the-scenes man for HankAmericanEngine and ElLunanator Productions on YouTube. I'll put it plainly; if you want to become friends, please do not be offended if I do not warm up to you the way you want me to. I've now severe trust issues with everyone now as a "friend" decided to abuse my friendship. From that, and others I thought I could trust, my trust issue has become so severe that I am beyond an extremist of cynical. A friend of mine on here knows what I am talking about. Regardless, I hope you enjoy my various works that I write and publish; if I end up hitting it big, let me know that you want a signed copy of one of my published books, and I'll be more than happy to oblige. My various works range from nonfiction events to personal experiences; I want my audience to feel the emotions in the text that I write. I want to appeal to everyone, particularly those who cannot essentially express themselves, through what I do write; yes, many sensitive topics such as rape, sexual assault, and all sorts of negatives in today's world will be addressed. It is always dangerous to do such a thing, but I feel that it is necessary for the audience who enjoys my works to feel that they can connect to a character or like one for their own reasons. All characters I create are either based off of others or genuinely created by me; many fans of childhood memories will surely recognize some. All are a part of my personality, which is highly complex; even for myself, it is a remarkably, and quite bewildering, enigmatic puzzle for me to solve. All in all, please enjoy what I do post, and give me all kinds of criticisms; all criticism is welcomed. I do want reasons for the criticisms though; no "just because".
