My name is Trevor Irwin, and I was born and raised in Ireland. i am a Missionary and Founder of Philadelphia Mission, a Small British registered Charity. [Registration No: 1049410]. We work with extreme poor and sick children in remote and rural villages in Africa and India.Since 1994, I have dedicated my life to bringing hope and relief to those who live in remote and rural villages. To be the voice of those who cry and cannot be heard. We urgently need Finance, to save Lives, build a school, drill bore wells in Tunga/Zuga and Ungwa/Fada Villages in remote Nigeria. Nether I nor any of our mission team receive a salary and We often find it very difficult to cover our costs. yet Philadelphia Mission Charity overheads are covered by precious friends. Missionary is a contemporary Christan rock band, based out of Warren, Ohio. Front woman, Anjel Campbell, has been in music her entire life. Growing up on stage, she performed vocal solos in front of hundreds of people. As she grew older, she became interested in instruments as well. She began playing piano, and drums, and did well with both. Today, she is thoroughly involved in music, especially the, "creative side". Her brother, Spencer, has also found his niche in music. Playing drums first, he became acquainted with the percussive instruments. Shortly following, he too began playing piano. It was only after he began to play piano that he found his love for guitar. "After that, it was all downhill from there. I played bass, piano, guitar, drums, and I sang with Anjel." The two musicians played alongside each other in a few worship bands, performing for youth groups, and at competitions statewide. "The experience we gained throughout our musical journey has proved priceless", says Anjel. "We have learned to play in many types of environments, and alongside musicians of all genres." Combine all of these experiences, from school band to rock band, and what do you get? Missionary. Missionary focuses primarily on incorporating new musical ideas, while spreading the awesome news of Christ's saving power. Their style of music ranges anywhere from worship to hard rock, from A Capella to musical improvisation. The duo have played in many types of venues, learning the ropes of the music business. However, the two see their pursuit as so much more than business. They see it as an opportunity to share the gospel through something they love and enjoy—music. "Our music is so much more than a hobby", says Spencer. "Our music is a way that we can share with others the joy that the Lord has given us. It is a means for us to give something back, not only to our Heavenly father who gave us the talents, but to the people who have given of their time and money to see us succeed."
