Remnant of Man The War of the Worlds was supposed to end history.  For a brief shining moment, it seemed that it had . . . people of all nations were celebrating the sudden death of the Martian Invaders, slain by the microbes of Earth.  But that peace was to be short-lived.  Alien weapons of dark power were now strewn around the Earth, ripe for the taking.  Britain tried to organize its Empire and allied nations into an Alliance of Man (AoM), seeking to harness these machines to preserve a new, final, golden age.  Alas, some saw in these weapons the ability to rewrite humanity into a new image. Powered by a Blackjack troop initiative system, REMNANT OF MAN tells the story of what happened after the microbes killed the Martian invaders of The War of the Worlds.   Perfectly balancing strategy, luck and card-shark skill, Remnant of Man allows tabletop wargame fun with an efficient but deep ruleset. Under a Hostile Sun Under a Hostile Sun is ready for players!  It was debuted at GenCon, and is coming to DunDraCon and Game Market West!   The settlement’s  life support is at the brink.  A solution to this world’s dangerous conditions must be devised & corruption amongst the station leaders must be investigated. But the Void of Space was not meant for Man.  These planets are not “Mother” like Earth – you are under a hostile sun. A rules-lite  exploration-focused RPG .  There is no combat system - rather the enemy is the brutal environment you are trying to survive in. Rules light but exciting system for Environmental Encounters that encourages  risk vs reward decisions . Currency system  that allows easy tracking of resources mined from the planet.   Find alien creatures to produce even rarer resources - maybe even the Prime Matter- unlimited potential- itself.   Character Sheets fit on one index card.   Illustrated with Adobe Fresco/Photoshop. Souls of Senet New life in the ancient Egyptian game of death! In ancient Egypt for thousands of years the game of Senet was played, which represented the journey of Souls through the underworld.  The game held religious and cultural significance for all social classes  and has been depicted everywhere from student doodles to Pharaoh's tombs. Archeologists have speculated on the traditional rules of the game.  This ruleset tries to build on what we know from archeology, but expand the game to include: Modern 2d6 dice system (as opposed to throwing sticks) Risk vs Reward mechanics, themed after the Scales of Anubis Unique abilities for different pieces A Guardian of Light, which, when summoned, moves in the opposite direction, adding a new strategy to dice Offerings and piece-ramming.
