Responsibilities Studied client requirements and specifications for project design and development. Developed a framework for the project. Developed the logging component for the project. Analyzed, designed and programmed the TekNet IP Routing Server. Interacted with the client for the subsequent changes and enhancements. 2)Client Sprint (www.teknetip.com) Project: J2ME application for Sprint Period: s 4 Months Environment: J2ME, Servlet, JSP, RMI, Windows Description: Objective of this project is to develop a client application for mobile devices by using J2ME to provide functionality that users can interact with existing distributed school management system (TekNetIP) by using RMI objects. Mobile device user can activate and deactivate different type of alert (fire, weather or emergence alert) of TekNetIP Software. It’s also provides activation and deactivation of bulletin broadcasting service of TekNetIP software using mobile client. Responsibilities: • Designed the application framework. • Designed a bridge application for interaction of J2ME client with RMI objects of TekNetIP software by using Servlet. • Developed client applications for both type of devices supporting MIDP 1.0 and MIDP 2.0 • Installed, developed and tested application on Palm OS 5.0 simulator 3)Client: HPCareer (www.hpcareer.net) Duration: 1 month Environment: JSP, Servlet, Tomcat, MYSQL 5.0, SQL Server 2000, Windows Description: Objective of this project is to migrate the database along with it data and all the store procedures from SQL Server 2000 to MySQL 5.0. Responsibilities: • Migrated the complete Database schema along with it data from SQL Server to MYSQL 5.0 by using the migration tool. •Translated the business logic of all the store procedures from SQL Server to MySQL •Integrated the MYSQL database with existing system. 4)Project: Emirates Postal System Period 6 months Environment: J2EE, JSP, Java-Script, XML and Oracle with Oracle Orion Application Server. Description: Worked on Emirates Post, this system will help Emirates Postal Service in selling and issuing Stamps, Greeting cards etc. It provides accounts management facility of corporate and ordinary users. It also provides online selling of tickets. Responsibilities: •I have worked on Administration Section by using JSP and JavaScript. •Developed Session and Entity bean for maintaining the sessions and storing the data. •Deployed and tested beans •Developed helper classes for parsing and reading configuration from xml files by using JDOM •Performed load and performance testing by using Apache JMeter. 5)Client: System for Southern Pacific Bank of USA Project: Banking System Period: Six months Environment: Jakarta-Struts, JSP, XML, CSS, Java Script and HTML. Description: Developed Web-Based Information System for Account Management of SPB customers. By using this application user can get information about their account status, fund transfer and online bill payment activities Responsibilities: •Developed different user screens by using JSP, Struts and CSS •Enhance and automate development framework of the application. •Performed load and performance testing by using Apache JMeter. 6)Project: Web Service for Printing of files Period: 2 months Environment: JWSDK 1.3, Windows Description: Developed a web service by using Java Web Service Development kit .It converts .pdf file to .eps file format that helps in printing of books. Application user provides .pdf files to the service and service converts .pdf files in to .eps. Responsibilities: • Developed a web service by using JWSDK 1.3 • Used Apache Ant for deployment of web service. • Developed a parser for parsing of regular expression in pdf files. 7)Project: Career Management System Period: 6 months Environment: PHP, MYSQL 4.0.16, HTML, CSS, JavaScript and Apache web server. Description: It helps user in online career guidance, Online Resume creation and in Job Searching. By using this system instructor provides complete guide to the registered user for career management. Responsibilities: • Developed library management module of the system. • Wrote database library function • Designed framework of the application. • Performed research and testing activities of project. • Developed a component for processing of pdf files on the fly by using PDFlib. • Developed a component for email sending and receiving. 8)Project: Hotel Management and Accounting System Period: 3 months Environment: Microsoft Access, Visual Basic, and Windows Description: Developed by using MS Access and designed different reports and screen. It helps in meal scheduling, billing and customers Management. It’s also provides meal management for allergic and non-allergic customers. Responsibilities: • Developed different user screens and reports for system • Developed a reusable component that enhances the Flex Grid functionality of editing of records and sorting of records on the column and other user interface related functionalities. • Developed different screen of the system. 9)Project: Web-based registration and booking system Period: 6 months Environment: JSP, CSS, Java Script and HTML, Microsoft Access and Windows Description: The system is for booking and registration of agents. It helps to make booking system more effective, to make sure every booked time is reminded to the agents who book the different working periods and to make short-time prognosis possible, for this we need a whole new tool for booking and registration of the agents. The system is working towards a web-based database, which allows the individual agent to log in to its personal page, viewing its booked working-period and change its personal data. It also allows an administrator to view the status on all agents, change all available data including booked times and passwords Responsibilities • System Analysis and Database Design. •Designed framework of the application. • Coding and Implementation of the project.
