Melody, aggressivity, melancholy, burning for a cause. We bring melodeath to a new dimension. Death metal gives us aggressivity, classics like Iron Maiden gives us catchy melodies, Pink Floyd Psychadelia, progressive genres ability to push extreme music beyond. Genre determination is up to you because terms like melodic death metal or death - progressive metal don't include everything what's inside. With various themes of our songs, starting in history and ending in almost philosophical thoughts, here we are with our drop to the various and unpredictible sea of music. It was fall of 2011. November brought rain, dark clouds, shadows and coldness crept into the streets of Prague. It was in one of those days when bored student of Charles University browsed ads of almost every rock advertisement portals (not that she believed to find potencional musicians, it was more of a habit). However one day fortune smiled even in melancholic november and she talked with similarly bored student of Czech Technical University. After having a guitar foundation, there were two main priorities - drummer and rehersal room, so she returned to advertisement portals and after mere two weeks and few peripeties ("sorry, I lost your mail somehow" or "I cannot let you three dark individuals let into the rehersal room because doorkeeper is CEO of the Earth") we missed only the bassplayer who was brought in the beggining of 2012. We stayed in rehersal room for whole year 2012. Our debut songs were made and were more technical and complex with each new song. We worked hard that year. And at last in march 2013 we had our first gig at 3rd festival of Fakulty of Medicine at Charles University and after a month we performed at Strahov SHOW festival. In the middle of summer brake from playing gigs and composing we found time for one gig at "Skutecna liga" competition for bands in every genre, where we took 82nd place from 300 bands. Time flies, people change. After two years of existence, bassplayer spot changed in november 2013 and now we're in period of intensive rehersing and comosing of new matrial. NOXIST are four people, who make music for pleasure. Music is their world, in which they are free - we compose melodies, we determine rythm, we tell the stories. And even that we are under transiency of this world and a lot of people jump to conclusions with us, singer cannot be muted.
