[b]Damage:[/b] In the very rare event that a vinyl is damaged in the post(which is very rare as, I do package my vinyl very securely despite some postal workers who handle packages like cave men), I will give a full refund upon return of the vinyl, this is free of charge at the post office if you reseal the package, put a cross through the shipping address and write "RETURN TO SENDER" or "RETOUR À L'ENVOYEUR" on the package, with an arrow pointing at the return address. [b]Undelivered:[/b] In the event that a package is undelivered and you have made no efforts to collect it from your local post office/sorting office etc, I will offer a refund for the vinyl cost when it has been returned to me(I always include a return address on my packages), the post office always leave you a notification card but if you don't make an effort to collect it and it gets returned, you will have to pay postage again, if you want your vinyl reposted. [b]Delayed:[/b] I don't often have orders delayed, sometimes maybe around christmas etc(it's always a good idea to order in advance to beat the busy post at seasons like this if you need your order delivered before a certain date), but in the event there is a delay with your order, please contact me first to let me know about it, where Registered Post is chosen a tracking number can be provided to see where your order is at. After contacting me, I recommend you contact your local post office too, if they don't have it, they will be able to provide you with a contact number of a sorting office or collection depot etc in your area. From my experience as both a seller and buyer, notification cards from attempted deliveries can get misplaced or sometimes go missing, moreso with apartment blocks and business addresses, this is why I suggest always contacting the post office after you contact me first to let me know ;) I always post orders out ASAP once payment has been received(you can see from my feedback) so don't worry about getting a delay, I just need you to know, it's always best to contact me as well as the post office if you've not received it within reasonable time. [b]Feedback:[/b] New buyers to the marketplace with little or no feedback, or buyers with any negative feedback(not including "No payment received from buyer after x days." negatives) will be required to use registered mail with tracking included at my own discretion, especially for orders placed on expensive vinyl or large orders. [b]Shipping Address:[/b] Please make sure your shipping address with your paypal payment is correct, I only post to the paypal shipping address, if this is an old address or for example, your home address(but you want it posted to work because no one will be at home/or don't want the other half getting jealous, seeing all the vinyl your buying online, lol), you have to correct this, this is actually very easy to do, you don't have to necessarily change your billing address on your paypal profile, you can add an alternative shipping address as you pay any paypal invoice(you can also choose one as a default), I can appreciate this is different to ebay where you just add your shipping address once when registering an account but here on discogs, that feature is not possible, you'll just have to add/change your default shipping address on paypal.
