Pacific Historic Parks is a non-profit cooperating association that assists the National Park Service at four locations in the Pacific: Pearl Harbor National Memorial at Pearl Harbor, Hawaii; War in the Pacific National Historical Park on Guam; American Memorial Park on Saipan; and Kalaupapa National Historical Park on Molokai. We also assist the Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources at Diamond Head State Monument in Honolulu.

Sharing the Remembrance

Linked Dance Theatre is run by Co-Artistic Directors Jordan Chlapecka and Kendra Slack. Jordan and Kendra are both New York based artists. Jordan received his master’s degree in Performance Studies from New York University’s Tisch School and earned bachelor’s degrees in Advertising Creative Emphasis and Anthropology from Southern Methodist University. His performance art pieces range from activism with Jesusa Rodríguez in Mexico to dance with Richard Move at Yale. Kendra studied acting at Ithaca College and Circle in the Square Theatre School. From 2013-2014 she was a performer at The McKittrick Hotel as a company member with Punchdrunk and original cast member of The Heath. Her choreography has been featured in the NY Fringe Festival, The Choreographer’s Canvas, and in the Big Range Austin Dance Festival in Austin, TX Linked Dance Theatre as a company has self produced 10 full length productions in just under 5 years and is now gearing up for its 11th. We have been granted space residencies at New York institutions such as The Lilac Preservation Project, Coney Island USA and, most recently, The Center at West Park. We strive to push the boundaries of what a small company can accomplish with each new show we create.

Remembrance- zespół tworzony przez pięć indywidualności. Każda z osób wnosi do zespołu własne inspiracje i doświadczenia. Dla jednych jest to surowa energia, legendarnych Guns'n' Roses, innych kręci Skid Row. Moc czerpią także z rodzimych dźwięków zespołu Dżem, TSA, a nawet Acid Drinkers. Trzeba przyznać że to połączenie wyjątkowo nietypowe, lecz dzięki temu powstają kompozycje, o często zupełnie przeciwnych biegunach. Wszystko pozostaje jednak spójne, dzięki wspólnemu kierunkowi i zdrowej przyjaźni łączącej skład kapeli.Zespół został założony w 2007 roku we Wrocławiu. W 2009 nagrał pierwsze demo. Od tamtej pory przeszedł wiele zmian lecz aktualnie pracuje nad nowym materiałem. Wiele koncertów, większych i mniejszych sukcesów. Co będzie dalej? Na pewno Rock'n'Roll!!
