Resistance has been DJing for around 4 years, after discovering club night Tangled and buying a pair of old second hand Technics 1210 decks he began his quest to play bass bombs to the masses. After Tangled finished he started club night Carry On with Steve Thorpe (Tangled Breaks) and played every month along side artists such as Krafty Kuts, Elite Force, Rennie Pilgrem, Rico tubbs and The Soul of Man to name a few. Now serving as Co-Owner, resident DJ and promotor at his Breakspoll Award Winning (best small club/event) clubnight Lowdown & Dirty with Steve Thorpe, Ash Howell and Mark Mciver, playing alongside people such as Hybrid (Live) Scratch Perverts, Freestylers, Plump DJs, Stanton Warriors, Meat Katie & more, expect to hear a full flavour and his own edits and remixes of bass heavy electronic music whether it be Techno-Electro-Breabeat-House or anything else that takes his fancy. Having played in the U&A Recordings bigtop at Wickerman festival and being involved with the label and also spinning at the U&A Boat Party afterparty with Peo De Pitte, Mike Hulme, Zodiac Cartel & the Loops of Fury, and on the Blow dance stage at the Kendal Calling festival, Parklife Festival, Eurocultured Festival, as well as currently studying a full time music producer course, Resistance continues to develop his sound and put on huge parties in the UK.
