To prepare employee’s attendances, Leave, Overtime card and pay slips. 10. Filling and keeping all records related to the staff, clients organized & updated. 11. Arrangements of official meetings and installation/Maintenance of multimedia projector In meeting or conference room. 12. Arrangements of departure & loading for official visits of officials & others as required. 13. Providing report of Finance/office work and activities as required. To develop, maintain, upload & updating of AWC website. 2. To assist AWC Peshawar office staff for solving IT problems on daily basis. 3. Maintain & Develop the network, server, File sharing, Security and internet services for all main & field offices. 4. To provide regular service to all IT devices(hardware & software installations. 5. To update anti-virus of all AWC computers and facilitate the backup system of AWC Computers on regular basis. 6.
