SOUFFLE is a creative duo composed by multidisciplinary artists Sophie Cuffia and Richard Dell’aiera. As a creative duo, Sophie and Richard work at the intersection of fine art and advertising commissions. Their versatile roles as photographers, directors and art directors give them a holistic perspective that harmoniously blends artistic vision and technical expertise. It's this global approach, combining the 'what' and the 'how', that enables them to embrace conceptual themes while effortlessly navigating the technical challenges that arise. At the heart of their creative philosophy is a commitment to blurring boundaries, transforming both luxury and everyday objects into icons through a singular vision. Over the years, they have sharpened their eye and perfected their still-life photography before moving into television advertising, both in France and internationally. Their sincere vision of the world and their talent for creating unexpected connections between subjects and objects resonate throughout their work, bridging the gap between beauty and singularity to push ideas to their most extreme limits. Intuitively creating connections until ideas explode, their process is characterised by a genuine desire to cultivate lasting images while avoiding preconceived notions. Motivated by infinite exploration, Sophie and Richard believe that visual codes are elastic rather than fixed. They express their vision by playing with and distorting these codes to create images that captivate, shine and challenge conventional norms. Their creative vision is expressed through a desire to distort reality, spaces and objects, amplifying emotional and visual impact through their distinctive use of light and colour. Their avant-garde creative approach, characterised by risk-taking, originality and humour, blurs boundaries and moves effortlessly from one medium to another to expand the horizons of creativity. Their creative process thrives on embracing unconventional ideas and unexplored paths, weaving together shapes, colours and light to create content that is both memorable and meticulously crafted. Working with brands that are unafraid to push boundaries, they deliver quality content that leaves a lasting impression.
