I acted successfully as catalysator and moderator between G3G Quam and the software company in the critical start phase. Duration: 1 month CommsCon (Rosenheim, Germany): VB.NET, SQL Server 2000, IIS, WebServices/SOAP. Complete design and implementation of software package consisting of Rollout Management, Lease Contract Management, Lease Line Management for a GSM and UMTS infrastructure provider. A design with Windows Forms that communicate via WebServices with one or many SQL Server 2000 database(s) was chosen. Because the application can be accessed by the organisation‘s employees as well as by clients and subcontractors, a flexible security and business rule concept had to be implemented. The application is designed to run either as a centralized solution from one DB and web server or decentralized from several servers. Great care was taken to create a robust and reusable framework, that can be utilized in future projects. A source code generator was part of the internal project goals.Most of the coding was done by 6 programmers in Belgrade. Project management, application design and architecture, prototypig and testing was done by me in Vienna. Duration: 5 months for 6 developers + 2 engineers TNT Express: Consulting and training for Business Analysis Dept., MS OLAP Services - 4/2/2001 – 11/30/2001 TMC G.m.b.H., Buildup of new business stream Software Engineering and Consulting specialized on Telecommunications and Logistics. All projects were completed with 2 software engineers. T-Mobile: GNS (Graphical Navigation System), VB6 + extensive Win32 API, COM/COM+, Oracle 8i, Access. Translating geographical coordinates into a vector graphic based tool to visualize and navigate the GSM network of the client. Duration: 3 months TeleRing: Lease Contract Management, VB6, COM/COM+, Oracle 8i, complex multi-tier design. Managing complex lease contracts, reporting tool and generating booking lines for SAP. Much of the source code was produced by a self written code generator that produces business objects, that can be easily enhanced, from a given DB.Duration: 5 months TNT Express: Training and support for Business Analysis Dept.
