I am 35 and live in the amazing Pacific Northwest just outside of Portland Oregon and was born and raised in Oregon spending most of my childhood in the tiny town of Madras Oregon. Currently I am completing my Bachelor's degree in Web Design and Development and will be getting my Masters in Internet Marketing in about 1 more year. I have been programming in PHP for about 5 years now and have been designing web sites for about 2 years, I either hand code or design in Dreamweaver and use Photoshop, Fireworks etc etc to build my sites. I can do very simple work or complex websites that are database driven and use custom coding. Additionally I believe in building sites with a CMS system so that my clients can add pages or make content changes, swap images etc. without having to spend another dime on me to do that for them... I would much rather you pay me to build new sites or design creative new programs and let you make simple changes to your sites. The only language that I speak fluently is English and I can speak broken Farsi and I can swear or be incredibly rude in approximately 5-8 more. ;o) I prefer to speak English with my clients, however if needed we can get a translator to help during the design process! Anyway, thank you for your consideration! I am accepting proposals for all work even projects that may only take a couple hours to complete. My minimum bid for any job is $30.00 and you will find that my work is more than reasonably priced. Additionally, unlike some people I have seen I am not going to low ball you to get work started then come back later to bid it out for more or anything like that. I grew up in a small farming town and when you said you were going to do something... it meant that you would do it no matter what and that is just how I live my life.
