In summer 2013, Paolo (guitar axe of Enforces ) and Mike (guitarist of Spaziale e gli Egiziani matti ) decide to create the band. The basic concept is to revitalize the power/thrash metal tradition through songs with a lyrical construct that enhances its rebellious, wild and agricultural streak. The intent is to tackle challenging and extremely serious issues, such as the economic subalternity of the primary sector in the global economic-financial spectrum, the rediscovery of the most authentic values ​​of the rural communities and the defense of the ancestral rites and balances between nature and civil society, with a hilarious and surreal tone. Protagonists of the songs are roosters survivors of the incursion of poultry thieves who will stimulate the revenge, the roar of rifles loaded with salt, a horde of proud champions of the means of locomotion fed with naphtha that claim more genuine products and attack the multinationals of oil; warriors “knights of the spade” who do not disdain to stand against globalization, the uncontrolled invasion of their farms, promising the release of their fellow men and the defense by every means of their kingdom. “Tractors” are far from any preconceived political objective, but try to convey messages of social interest through a satirical language that accompanies a soundtrack of proud and devastating heavy metal. In December 12, 2014 (in occasion of their live debut at “Glitter” in Viterbo as opener of SKW and Black Motel Six) their debut 4tx EP is released titled “Io Campo”, a powerful concentrate of metal without frills. In the autumn of 2015, Mike was forced to leave the band because of health problems, and another Mike, Michele Arnone (ex Enforces, Lord Vampyr and Iris Of Mist ), was recruited in his place, immediately live activity intensified and the band shared the stage with several bands belonging to the Umbrian scene, trying to take advantage of every opportunity to perform in different venues of Viterbo and the capital (to remember the concerts with Baphometh’s Blood, Surge Assault and Forgotten Dust). Playing in Rome at Traffic with History of NWOBHM Tygers of Pan Tang, also playing with the Teutonical power metal legend Grave Digger and with the italian legends of Heavy Metal Strana Officina and Vanexa.
