hi i like to sometimes make things on my typewriter sometimes I'll do portraits that pretend modern websights are viewed through a typewritten interface or simply type up infamous internet tl;drs other pieces are simply text art or some variation that can only be done on a typewriter The machine I'm currently using is a 1945 Smith Corona Standard. One quirk of it being so old is that it lacks a key for the number 1 or exclamation mark. to type a 1 you have to use the same glyph as the lowercase 'l' and to type an exclamation mark you need to do an apostrophe, then backspace (which obviously doesn't erase anything, it's a typewriter not a word processor) and then type a period.
