I am currently going by the creed of wearing a tie in whatever situation. My main choice of clothes currently is purple but I am considering going Victorian/ steam punk. Also, I am a detective. Some people have been nice about my literary ability and hopefully those weren't just empty complements, in fact, this is an attempt to prove they weren't just meaningless statements. I consider myself to have a good imagination with a mind that is capable of drifting into odd dimensions... hopefully you will get this understanding too when you read what I have written. aspiring anime elitist 🌠😌 if i think about showa genroku rakugo shinju for too long, i will burst into tears. it is inevitable and i am eternally inconsolable. hi! my name is vade and i'm back into anime after about a two-year hiatus. i love historical dramas and wholesome shows, but i am open to anything! i often make the mistake of rating a show by its last episode or its last arc so my opinions change frequently. shows that aren't on my favorites list that i think are underrated: hakumei and mikochi, great pretender, megalo box, dorohedoro my newest review: Soul Eater how i rate my shows 10: i adored it. i couldn't get away from it. usually no flaws. if there were flaws, they were minuscule enough for me to disregard them. sticks with me for a long time, still experiencing the lingering effects. (ex: banana fish, ACCA 13, in this corner of the world, showa genroku rakugo shinjuu) 9: an all-around great anime. kept me hooked. usually an objective 10, but just didn't hit the nail on the head for me. flaws might be there but usually not enough to matter. (ex death parade, hakumei and mikochi, the ancient magus bride) 8: i highly enjoyed it. flaws were noticeable but didn't take much too away from the score, but it is still a show that i would recommend to someone. (ex: dorohedoro, a place further than the universe) 7) i enjoyed it a good bit. once again, flaws are more noticeable but a solid watch, maybe not that memorable though. (ex: after school dice club, snow white with the red hair) 6) i liked it. the quality was either not up to par or i most likely had high expectations and was very disappointed when it came down to watching it. not unenjoyable, but it saddened me by the missed opportunities. (ex: terror in resonance) 5) i might have enjoyed it, but for the wrong reasons. this is objectively a not good show and has many, obvious flaws that even i can't ignore. they also tend to be laughably bad. (ex: hetalia axis powers) 4) bad, but you know it's bad. an enjoyable bad. major flaws but i can laugh at them because of the sheer hilarity of those flaws. (ex: diabolik lovers) 3) a mess. i barely enjoyed this. it might have a good concept in theory, couldn't wrap my mind around anything. maybe a couple of redeeming qualities but still very bad. needs a hell of a lot of work before it can be good. or it was just bad, but not bad enough to give anything lower. a very hard time getting through. (ex: listeners) 2) terrible. almost irredeemably bad, but with an entire overhaul of the characters it could be bearable. extremely hard to watch. (ex: citrus {fight me}) 1) nothing could be worse. i don't even have the words to express how god awful a show of this rating would be. fundamentally, irredeemably atrocious. haven't come across one of these as of yet.
