University of Warwick, England (3 Years)</p><p>ABOUT ME</p><p>My journey began around 2010 when I had a sudden shift from my old ways of living, filled with an <strong>undisciplined lifestyle, and dependency on toxins, from junk food to alcohol</strong></p><p>I visited <strong>Yoga Ashrams</strong> all over India and found a better way to find <strong>peace and calm.</strong></p><p>When I returned to the city, I found it difficult to follow my yoga practice regularly with the <strong>chaos of work and other social commitments</strong></p><p>That led me to explore the <strong>POWER OF HABITS</strong> and the subject of neuroscience to bring <strong>discipline in my daily routine</strong></p><p>Since then, I have <strong>helped 100s of people</strong> around the world to live a life of <i>Anushasana</i> (Discipline)</p><p>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; ACHIEVEMENTS</p><p>2012: Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 200Hrs. from Rishikesh Yogpeeth)</p><p>2013: Head yoga instructor at Yoga Cafe (3 months)</p><p>2014: Volunteer at Super School India, education of underprivileged children.</p><p>2014: Completed a 10-day Vipassana course, involving no communication and deep introspection</p><p>2014: Philosophy Coach for Teacher Training Course (TTC) 200 Hrs. Rishikesh Yogpeeth, Italy</p><p>2015: Anchored a show for NDTV 24X7 called 'YOGA GOES GLOBAL' - a 6-day countdown to International Yoga Day in 2015</p><p>2016: Speaker at the GRIHA Summit at Indian Habitat Centre, on the topic 'Green Lifestyle'</p><p>2016: 4-month course with Business Coaching India, training in business automation systems</p><p>2016 : 3 years of work experience at AV International, a garment export unit, handling HR and Operations</p><p>2017: Volunteered at Sadhana Forest Reforestation Project, Auroville for 2 weeks</p><p>2019: 2 Year experience of running an Organic Farm and Yoga Workshops in Delhi</p><p>2020: 1 Week of training in Naturopathy and Proper Fasting techniques with IMANAH Institute</p><p>2020: Started my Habit Coaching business</p><p>2020: Joined Pure CBD Health UK as a Sourcing Manager.
