My life as a box of chocolate

Chocolate Technology Officer of nDalem Indonesia. Chocolate maker based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia with social impact and innovation-based research · I have been working as an entrepreneur since 2013 in my Cokelat nDalem company. And since 2015 we're making bean to bar chocolate that more into social impact entrepreneur company. Our bean-to-bar idea is to make a healthier chocolate product by reducing sugar content in our chocolate by using low Glycemic Index sugar. We also work directly with the cocoa farmer to ensure the quality of the beans. By work directly with the farmer, we could also tackle the problem in fluctuating cacao price and give a better price to the farmer for their cacao beans.
